Use:

Automatic medium-pressure steam boilers of the PMD series are used for the production of saturated steam with a nominal overpressure of up to 0.6 MPa and a temperature of up to 160 °C intended for heating, heating of DHW exchangers or as a source of technological heat. Boilers of the PMD series are characterized by a small construction and simple installation.

Technical description:

The pressure part of the medium-pressure steam boiler PMD consists of two steel cylinders, welded to the front and rear walls. The combustion chamber is cylindrical, water-cooled, closed at the back. The rear wall forms a flue gas turnover, which returns around the perimeter of the combustion chamber back to the front wall and passes into the second part, formed by smoke pipes. At the top there is a steam area with the relevant flanges and equipment. On the side of the boiler is a feed pump with an electric motor and prescribed fittings for automatic power supply. The boiler is equipped with pressure and temperature regulators, a safety valve, water level indicators, pressure gauges, thermometers, water level monitors, a drain valve and a limit switch on the door. The boiler is equipped with a monobloc overpressure burner with combustion gas regulation.

The automatic medium-pressure steam boiler PMD is equipped with automatic regulation for operation with occasional operators.
